• Control Box & Backflow: Ensuring your timer settings and safety valves are working properly.

• Lines & Valves: Spotting hidden underground leaks or pressure issues.

• Heads & Nozzles: Cleaning out dirty nozzles and adjusting spray patterns to prevent dry spots.

A Quick Note on How Inspections Work

Think of this inspection as a full health checkup for your yard! Big Sam’s main goal during this hour is to thoroughly evaluate your entire system, map out any hidden issues, and give you a complete picture of what your lawn needs.

• Quick Fixes Included: If Sam spots something quick—like a broken sprinkler head or a clogged nozzle—he’ll gladly swap it out right on the spot! (Any replacement parts used will just be billed separately).

• Major Repairs & Extra Time: To make sure every customer gets their full inspection time, Sam can’t perform major system overhauls during this visit. If additional repairs or troubleshooting extend past your included 60-minute inspection, any extra time will be billed at our standard repair rate of $100/hour.
